    Al-Yousef: We are in a system that works with all parties, and working to raise the level of saudisation​ in the private sector​.

    The Director of the Human Resources Development Fund Branch (Hadaf) in the Eastern Province Abdulaziz Al-Youssef emphasized the Fund’s keenness to support saudisation in the private sector, through continuous support for all social groups of both genders, people with special needs, and all job seekers and even those wishing to work in private. The fund operates within a system that includes a number of governmental and non-governmental institutions, and it is fully prepared to support any proposal that serves the vision and mission of the fund in saudisation and supports work options for Saudi youth.

    This came during Tuesday's monthly meeting that was held yesterday (Tuesday 3/2/2021) and was transferred remotely, in the presence and participation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khaldi, as Al-Youssef explained that the new approach of the fund is proceeding according to the steps of "attracting, recruiting, and training," And development, "for all Saudi cadres, as the vision of the fund is to reach a productive and stable national workforce, by providing these forces to work in the private sector.​

    During the meeting, which was moderated by the Secretary-General of the Asharqia Chamber, Abd al-Rahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel, he reviewed a number of programs, explaining the support mechanism provided by the Fund through these programs, the most prominent of which are (and clearing, access, reading ... etc., stressing that all programs and services are on the website and available to every student. Work and every institution seek to attract the national workforce, in addition to the fact that the Fund has concluded a number of work agreements with educational and training institutions and chambers of commerce and industry, in order to spread the culture of work.

    He mentioned that among the fund’s programs is the summer training program for young people and opening work horizons for students during the summer vacation, as well as organizing the relationship of any graduate willing to self-employment with governmental and non-governmental support agencies.
    At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber, Abdul-Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi, expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation for the Fund's efforts in support of our national options in attracting Saudi youth and ensuring decent life for them.​
